With a storied legacy spanning over forty years, we are the design firm of awe-inspiring environments that elevate the human spirit. Our integrated approach weaves together expert planning, architecture, engineering, interiors, and program management to deliver seamless, state-of-the-art design solutions in the Arctic Environment.

We are more than a company; we are a mosaic of visionary thinkers, each driven by the quest for impeccable design.

We boldly take ownership of the impact our work engenders – socially, economically, and environmentally. Together with our clients, we rise to meet the pressing challenges of our time with groundbreaking, sustainable solutions that speak to the essence of innovation.

The ideal candidate is a natural designer with good leadership and communication skills. Candidate will work closely with the Senior Architect and will also partner with Project Managers to ensure design intent is met from SD through CA phases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects of distinct typologies such as Multifamily, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Institutional, and Education.

The ideal candidate has high proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam and can resolve design issues with little to no direction. The candidate is also able to express design thinking clearly and concisely to firm leaders, colleagues, clients, community, and planning boards and has excellent presentation and graphics skills. An exceptional portfolio of recent work is required for consideration.
